A Note From us | Covid-19
Covid -19
In these changing times I, like so many, have adapted swiftly to the moving current. Most events this year and next have been canceled which is heartbreaking for our business as markets and customer interaction are at the heart of what we do. We are seeing this time of change as an opportunity to create and develop, building passion to come out the other side stronger and more united with our customers. Being a solo trader and working from home, I am lucky to be able to carry on dispatching online orders.
Deliveries
Online orders may take longer to arrive than usual. We are limiting the amount of times we go to the post office and the post office is experiencing slight delays.
UK delivery: Expect 4-5 extra days.
International: Expect an extra 2-3 days
Each parcel is being handled with the utmost care as we follow the UK Government’s advice. All silver is sanitised and we wear a mask when packaging your item.
Returns and exchanges
Our terms and conditions in relation to returns and exchanges are the same. However, we are relaxing the rules on exchanges. As markets and events have been cancelled, we understand that you need to try your pieces on. This is important to us and you too.
Items up to £50.
We are more than happy for you to make a purchase, try it on and decide upon receipt if you want to try something else or keep it. We will ask for you to cover the return postage costs.
Items over £50
We are happy to cover the extra postage once. After that we ask you to cover the cost the extra postage cost. Let us know if you need extra images or videos of pieces you are interested in to get a better sense of pieces.
E-Gifts
We are excited to have just introduced our new e-gift cards, sent straight to your inbox with a personal message.
This is the perfect way to make someone feel special from afar. It will give them something to look forward too. Also, if you know you want to treat yourself to something in the future, but cant commit right now. These kind acts will supports us and give us the best chance at surviving these uncertain times for business.
Shopping Small
We know you want to see the hustle and bustle of the market places and towns return. So, we need you to support independent people and businesses as much as we can now, probably more than ever.
If you are someone that can help support, then please do, my fellow designer-makers will jump with joy at every slither of support and kindness, I assume you. We all need this at the moment. If, like many, finances are tight then just a call out on social media would do the trick! Tag them, save a photo or share one of their posts.
Here are just some of my fellow makers or independent shops that are still operating:
Boho Aromatherapies
Koko Collective - Dog Accessories
Armed and Gorgeous - Jewellery and gifts shop
Leoma Drew - Jewellery
Ottonwin Footwear
Humphries and Begg - Fashion
Jodie Hook - Jewellery
Paly Glass - Glass gifts

Our thoughts are with all those who have been effected during these troubling times. We look forward to coming together again and enjoying that market feeling once again. Let’s hope good positive changes comes from these hard times and a lot of us are stronger because of it. Stay positive, keep giving, be creative and be kind on your loved ones and yourself.
All the best,
Rosie x
